The Super Bowl Is Nearly Here!

This year's NFL championship will be played in Glendale, AZ.

On Sunday, January 18, 2015, four football teams played their last game in the play-offs and the victors are headed toward the Super Bowl. On the NFC side, the Seattle Seahawks faced off with the Green Bay Packers and came out on top with a score of 28 to 22. On the AFC side, the New England Patriots defeated the Indianapolis Colts with a score of 45 to 7.

You know what that means right? That means that this year’s Super Bowl will be played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona (a suburb of Phoenix) and it will be played between the Patriots and the Seahawks. This is the Seahawks’ second year making it to the Super Bowl. We all remember that fateful day last year when the Seahawks faced off with the Denver Broncos and defeated them with a score of 43 to 8. Meanwhile, the Patriots have not been in the Super Bowl since 2012 in which they lost against the New York Giants.

This year, everyone is ready to see whether the Patriots will shine in the spotlight once again, or if the Seattle Seahawks will keep their title as Super Bowl Champions for another year.

In my personal opinion, I want the Patriots to win. If you have an opinion on which team will win, put it in the comment box below and when the game is finished, if we have enough comments we’ll tell you which percentage of you guessed the outcome of the Super Bowl correct. So Cougars, don’t miss the 2015 Super Bowl which will be played on February 1st.
