How was your guys’ Thanksgiving? Did you enjoy the week long break we had?

I had a great Thanksgiving! It’s just something about being around family during holidays that just makes me really happy.

So, what are you thankful for? I’m thankful for my family and friends, my families and friends’ health, and that we are all safe and have homes and food. We all should have something to be thankful for, even though we might not always get what we want, we have what we need and that’s the important thing.

On Thanksgiving day, I was scrolling through Facebook and I came across this video of a boy and his family all gathered around the dinner table and the boy was refusing to say grace and saying that he wasn’t thankful for anything. The boy then started getting frustrated at his father for telling him that he has a lot to be thankful for and so, he flipped over the dinner table with the turkey and all the food on it. The father then started yelling at him, and that made the boy more angry and so he started throwing pies at his father. This video made me a little upset because I’m sure that boy has a lot of nice things. He said in the video one thing he was thankful for and that was his xBox 1 that his mother bought for him after his father destroyed the first one for his bad behavior.

The moral of this story is that we all have lots to be thankful for so appreciate what you have in life because one day everything could disappear in an instant and you’ll be left with nothing.
