The Dixie Chicks Resume Touring in 2016

The Dixie Chicks will tour North America for the first time in a decade next spring and summer. The girls have just announced over 40 dates in America and Canada to go along with previously announced European dates of the DCX MMXVI Tour. According to Emily Robison, “There’s no telling what will happen this time” when she and her fellow band mates, Natalie Maines and Martie Maguire, return to the States for their first U.S. tour in nearly a decade. The trio confirmed the exciting news of the upcoming, North American tour in a video that the Grammy-winning group posted to their Facebook page.

“Just when you thought you were safe, America, we’re back!” Maines teases.
The tour will kick off this summer on June 1, starting in Cincinnati. The Dixie Chicks will wrap up their U.S. concerts on Oct. 10 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. The ladies will perform in more than 40 cities across America, from New York to San Francisco.

Lets hope that these ladies are ready to play nice.
